  This piping will be installed in the cooling waterway that controls the temperature of the power control unit of hybrid vehicles, etc. It is possible to be molded with PPS/PA66 which are applicable to high temperature environment, and also with PP to low temperature. The use of plastic allows for a wide variety of shapes, increasing of flexibility of layout and contributing to vehicle weight reduction.

  This part is an injection molded pipe with three-dimensionally curved.
  Compared to metal pipes, it is lighter in weight and more flexible in layout, and its integrated molding with stays and branch pipes reduces the number of parts and assembly man-hours, thus reducing costs.
